摘要 PURPOSE: A turbo lag reducing device of a turbocharger and a control method for reducing turbo lag are provided to decrease turbo lag from shortage of intake air within the low load range at the low speed by sucking air through natural intake method or turbocharging air by the turbocharger corresponding to intake pressure. CONSTITUTION: A turbo lag reducing device of a turbocharger includes a second intake pipe(120) directly connected to an intake manifold; a couple of pneumatic sensors(300,310) installed in an intake pipe and the second intake pipe; a control unit(500) detecting intake pressure of the intake pipe and the second intake pipe through the pneumatic sensors, and outputting the control signal to open the second intake pipe in case of intake pressure of the intake pipe to be less than intake pressure of the second intake pipe, or to close the second intake pipe in case of intake pressure of the intake pipe to be more than intake pressure of the second intake pipe; and a valve(210) opening and closing the second intake pipe according to the control signal from the control unit.
