PURPOSE: An angular composite fish shelter formed of iron frame, rope and iron plate is provided to make environment-friendly growing places for the angular composite fish shelter. CONSTITUTION: The angular composite fish shelter is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: weaving H beams(20) made of iron frames for a support with iron beams(30) for a cross-directional support; maintaining the skeleton with bottom cross-directional iron beams(40); assembling the beams together with slant support beams(50) in the form of a conical hat shape; finishing with ropes(60); and making two sheets of iron plate(65) stand on the bottom in the form of a conical hat by using two lines of conical hat structures so that a triangular fish shelter is obtained, wherein the central part of the conical hat formed of iron plates has a small path in which fishes and shells grow under protection. Alternatively, the angular composite fish shelter is manufactured in the form of a square- or a trapezoid-shaped fish shelter.
