PURPOSE: An apparatus for locking a door is provided to maximize the degree of safety for the intrusion of outside in comparison with a conventional one directional door locking apparatus by supplying at least two directional locking portions. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for locking a door includes a top side locking member(13), a bottom side locking member(14), a left side locking member(15), a door key(18) and a button key(20). Each of the locking members(13,14,15) is in the form of bar capable of performing at least three directional locking and unlocking by using a locking piece(12) with simultaneously moving to the top and bottom side and left side of the door due to the gear operational force of the lever operational unit(10). The door key(18) selectively controls the movement of the top side locking member(13) by using the combination structure of the link(16) and the rod(17). And, the button key(20) selectively controls the movement of the left side locking member(14) by using the on/off operation of the solenoid(19).
