PURPOSE: An over-voltage circuit breaker of a vehicle generator is provided to disconnect automatically a field coil connection terminal of the vehicle generator by using a contact switch of a relay. CONSTITUTION: An over-voltage circuit breaker of a vehicle generator includes a driving unit(2), a generating voltage control unit(3), and a phase voltage supply unit(4). The driving unit(2) turns on a warning lamp for reporting a charging state when a generator(1) is not operated. The generating voltage control unit(3) controls the generated voltage by interrupting or maintaining field current of a field coil. The phase voltage supply unit(4) supplies the voltage of 12V. The over-voltage circuit breaker further includes an over-voltage detector(5), a relay driver(6), and a relay(7). The over-voltage detector(5) is used for generating a relay driving signal according to an output voltage of the generator(1). The relay driver(6) is used for driving the relay(7) according to the relay driving signal of the over-voltage detector. The relay(7) is connected to a field coil connection terminal of the generator in order to control the current of the field coil according to an output signal of the relay driver.
