METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING HIGH-SPEED RING TYPE COMMUNICATION NETWORK FOR PERMITTING DEFECTS

PURPOSE: A method for constructing a high-speed ring type communication network for permitting defects is provided to determine a specific node as a manager node as maintaining a concept of a distributed control system, and to observe overall communication situations, thereby efficiently coping with various errors caused on media control. CONSTITUTION: An optional manager node(201) generates an initial token, and manages a stream of the token. The manager node(201) observes a token of an overall communication network and a stream of data, decides a node(204) that has a current transmission right, and observes whether data is desirably transmitted or received from each node. The manager node(201) is periodically observed by a next node(202) of the manager node(201). If the manager node(201) has a defect, the next node(202) senses the defect, has a manager right, isolates the manager node(201) having the defect, and manages overall communication.
