PURPOSE: Connection structure of a muffler and an exhaust pipe is provided to easily replace the muffler broken when the muffler is broken by corrosion or impact. CONSTITUTION: End plates(22) are formed to the sides of a case(21) of a muffler. Connection structure of the muffler and an exhaust pipe(30) comprises concave forming parts(23); rubber sealing(40) interposed in groove parts(25) formed to the outside of a through hole(24) of the concave forming parts; the exhaust pipe connected to the through hole; a flange(50) forming a mounting hole(51) through the center, to fit the outside diameter of the exhaust pipe; and bolts(60) fastening the flange to the end plates. The end plates form the concave forming parts concavely bent toward the inside of the case and the through hole is formed in the middle of the concave forming parts. The inner peripheral surface of the through hole is curled toward the outside at a predetermined angle.
