PURPOSE: A circuit board and a manufacturing method thereof, an electro-optical apparatus and an electronic apparatus are provided to prevent electrostatic breakdown and to restrain crosstalk by improving the structure of resistor array. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board includes a plurality of terminals(T), a plurality of first resistors(R3,R4) between adjacent terminals, and a plurality of second resistors(R1,R2) between the terminals and a common electrode(101). Each terminal includes an analog terminal connected to an analog signal line for supplying an analog signal and a digital terminal connected to a digital signal line for supplying a digital signal. The first and second resistors are connected with the analog and digital terminals, respectively. The resistance of the first resistor is larger than that of the second resistor.
