PURPOSE: A seat transfer track-locking device for a vehicle is provided to prevent a locking member from being released by an operating cam surface-contacted with the locking member in a collision and to secure safety for passengers by preventing a secondary collision in the vehicle by releasing the locked state. CONSTITUTION: A seat transfer track-locking device for a vehicle is composed of a fixing rail(10) fixed to the floor surface of a vehicle body; a transfer rail(20) combined to the fixing rail to position on the fixing rail, connected with a bracket(30) at the upside, and transferred back and forth with placing the seat; and a locking member arranged to the side of the fixing and transfer rails to lock and release the fixing and transfer rails by operations of a lever. The locking member comprises a plurality of hanging projections(41) received and fixed in a projection receiving groove(11); an operating rod(42) for rotating the locking member with a hinge(44) by actions of the operating cam; a fixing face(43) face-contacted to the lower end face of an operating cam(50) to fix the movements of the locking member; and the operating cam for operating and locking the locking member installed in the operating rod.
