PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing oxide film on anode for strip electroplating is provided to promptly and easily remove nickel oxide film formed on the anode in plating cell without extraction of the anode from the plating cell when electroplating constituents of strip are changed from Zn-Ni to pure Zn. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) comprises a base(10) attached to or detached from a conductor roll(120) in a plating cell for electroplating; first oxide film removing part(30) comprising a brush roll(34) comprising an anode close adherence part(32) close adhered to the anode(110) during rotation of the conductor roll in front of the base to generate driving force, a magnetic screw roll(36) arranged at one side of the brush roll so that the magnetic screw roll is rotated by the brush roll to move the oxide film removed to one side of the brush roll to both sides of the conductor roll; and second oxide film removing part(50) comprising a plurality of scrapers installed on the base at one side of the first oxide film removing part, and air injection nozzles(54) arranged between the plurality of scrapers.
