PURPOSE: A system for cleaning a container for a glass substrate is provided to improve working efficiency by automatically performing cleaning works. CONSTITUTION: A system for cleaning a container(1) for a glass substrate is composed of a system body(10) providing a cleaning position(P) for the container, an air jetting unit(70) jetting air into the inside of the container and removing impurities from the inside of the container, a vacuum suction unit(100) sucking impurities, and a lifting unit. The lifting unit moves the air jetting unit and the vacuum suction unit up/down.
