PURPOSE: A folder type cellular phone hinge device is provided to assemble a rotational member and a fixing member through a guide cap taken in and out inside the rotational member, thereby improving assembling properties and realizing excellent reliability since a motor or a reduction gear body does not move when assembling. CONSTITUTION: The first coupler(230) is connected to a reduction gear body(220) for reducing a rotational force of a motor(210) within a rotational member(200), and automatically performs a forward rotation or a reverse rotation. One side of the second coupler(240) is selectively coupled with the first coupler(230) by a cam structure, and where on the other side thereof(240), a hinge axis(242) is extended. The first spring(250) elastically pressurizes the second coupler(240) in a direction of the first coupler(230). A guide cap(260) is fixed to be inserted into a fixing groove(112) formed on an inner side of the second fixing member(110), and where on one side thereof(260), a hinge ball(262) is formed to slidingly insert the hinge axis(242) of the second coupler(240). The second spring(270) elastically pressurizes the guide cap(260) in a direction of the second coupler(240).
