PURPOSE: A color filter substrate is provided to make a shielding layer with an organic material, and to fill color pixel layers in inner spaces defined by the shielding layer through a screen print method, thereby removing an exposure process and a developing process. CONSTITUTION: A black matrix(204) is disposed on a substrate(202) in the first height. Color pixel layers(206) are disposed in inner spaces defined by the black matrix(204) to have the second height. The black matrix(204) made of an organic material defines the inner spaces having the first height, and cuts off light transmissions on the substrate(202). The black matrix(204) cuts off exposed light, and prevents color pixels(206R,206G,206B) of the color pixel layers(206) from running. The color pixel layers(206) respond to the light, and emit inherent colors. The color pixel layers(206) consist of the color pixels(206R,206G,206B). Each of the color pixels(206R,206G,206B) is filled in the inner spaces. |
