PURPOSE: An oil pan of an automatic transmission is provided to simplify the assembling process of the oil pan and improve work efficiency by simplifying the mounting structure of a magnetic attachment of separating magnetic sludge. CONSTITUTION: An oil pan(12) of an automatic transmission is attached to a transmission case. The oil pan stores an actuating fluid of predetermined quantity. A magnetic attachment(14) is mounted to a boss part(12a) integrally formed to the outside of the oil pan. An elastic protrusion(12b) obliquely protruded outwardly is integrally formed to the tip of the boss part. A first slant face having a predetermined angle of inclination(alpha) is formed to the outside of the elastic protrusion. A second slant face having a predetermined angle of inclination(beta) is formed to the inside of the elastic protrusion. |
