PURPOSE: A three-way valve with a driving device using the difference of a hydraulic pressure is provided to remarkably drop the failure rate by simplifying the structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A three-way valve with a driving device using the difference of a hydraulic pressure comprises a three-way valve, a different pressure device, and a spring(30). The different pressure device comprises a cylinder part(42) communicated with a rear end part of a valve body part(11); a piston part(44) connected to an end of a shaft part(15) and embeded in the cylinder; a stopper part(46) coupled to seal up the rear end part of the cylinder; and water inlet and outlet(51,53) formed to be corresponding to the stopper part and the cylinder part to displace a ball part(13) to a second position by advancing the cylinder part by the inflow of the water. The spring is interposed between an inner rear end part of the valve body part and an end part of the piston part to displace the ball part to a first position when the water pressure of the water inlet and the water outlet are same.
