PURPOSE: Provided is a method of preparing acid fermentation liquid, the method being capable of increasing solubility of organic solid by alkali agent in a hydrolysis tank and increasing acid fermentation efficiency using a biofilm formed on the surface of media in an upflow-sludge blanket filter fermentation tank. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) pretreating garbage by removing deleterious matters and foreign matters from garbage, (b) hydrolyzing the pretreated garbage by feeding alkali agent, (c) introducing the hydrolyzed slurry to a lower part of an upflow sludge blanket filter fermentation tank, (d) decomposing the slurry by microorganisms in a sludge layer in the fermentation tank, (e) making the slurry pass through a biofilm formed on the surface of media installed at an upper part of the fermentation tank, thereby producing acid fermentation liquid, and (f) applying ultrasonic to the acid fermentation liquid for converting decomposition residual to soluble material so as to be easily decomposed. |
