METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OCHER FILTERED WATER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing dried yellow corvina having pure and good taste by removing fishy smell of conventionally manufactured dried yellow corvina and relieving rigidity of the yellow corvina generated after cooking using ocher filtered water is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of collecting clean ocher; heat treating the ocher to a temperature of 100 to 1,000 deg.C in a kiln; pulverizing the heat treated ocher; removing clay sand and iron content contained in the pulverized ocher; sorting ocher having particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 30 to 1,500 meshes from the clay sand and iron content removed ocher using a blower; and obtaining the clean ocher settled water after mixing 200 to 400 g of the sorted ocher having particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 30 to 1,500 meshes with 200 liters of water and leaving alone the mixed solution for 1 to 36 hours so that the ocher is settled on the bottom.
