PURPOSE: A cellular phone building a camera therein is provided to dispose a camera lens for receiving an image on a bottom surface, and to protect a camera from outer shock or damage caused by an outer object contact, thereby enabling a user to control a photographing angle and to photograph an image in a dark place. CONSTITUTION: A battery(110) for supplying power to a cellular phone is combined on a rear side of a body(100). A cover plate setting portion(200) is formed in concave groove shape on an upper end of the battery(110), has a camera lens(210) on a bottom surface, and comprises one pair of coupling grooves(220) formed to be contacted with each other in concave cylinder shape. A cover plate(300) is formed in plate shape to cover the cover plate setting portion(200), and comprises one pair of coupling projections(310) formed in rotative convex shape in connection with the coupling grooves(220) when being set on the cover plate setting portion(200).
