PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase lighting efficiency of device by preventing a surface leakage current at an anode electrode surface. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro luminescence display device comprises an anode electrode(21) formed on a substrate(20), a barrier rib, and a buffer layer(26) formed on the barrier rib and the anode electrode, and an active layer(27) and a cathode electrode(28) formed on the buffer layer. A first inorganic thin film(22), a second inorganic thin film(23), and a third inorganic thin film(24) having different etching rate are layered on the anode electrode and the barrier rib is formed by etching the third inorganic thin film to the first inorganic thin film in order to form a contact hole at each lighting pixels.
