SIGNAL SWITCHING CIRCUIT OF MOBILE STATION

PURPOSE: A signal switching circuit of a mobile station is provided to prevent flowing of a control current unnecessarily by controlling switching in a manner of controlling two PIN diodes with one control signal. CONSTITUTION: A first PIN diode unit(31) includes serially connected PIN diodes and transfers a signal of a radio frequency terminal(RF1) to a radio frequency common terminal(RF COMMON) when the PIN diodes are in a forward direction by a control voltage(VA). A second PIN diode unit(32) includes PIN diodes connected in parallel to a ground terminal, is disposed at a certain distance from the first PIN diode unit(31), and transfers a signal between the radio frequency common terminal(RF COMMON) and a radio frequency terminal(RF2) by the control voltage(VA).
