PURPOSE: A voice data transmitting device of a DSRC(Dedicated Short distance Radio Communication) system using a dual buffer is provided to transmit voice data having real time continuous transmission characteristics between an RSU(Road Side Unit) and an OBU(On Board Unit). CONSTITUTION: An amplifier(210) cancels noise from an analog voice signal and amplifies it to a certain size to output it. A PCM(Pulse Code Modulation) codec(220) converts the amplified analog voice signal into a digital voice signal and outputs it. A first buffer(240a) stores the digital voice signal. A second buffer(240b) latches and stores the digital voice signal data if the data is completely filled in the first buffer(240a), outputs the digital voice signal as an MDS(Message Data Slot). A framer(250) outputs a FCMS(Frame Control Message Slot) and an ACTS(Activation Slot). An output buffer(270) stores signals outputted from the framer(250) and the second buffer(240b) as a transmission frame of a format defined in an DSRC standards. An RF transceiver(280) transmits the transmission frame. A microprocessor(290) controls the elements in a general manner.
