The heating and air-conditioning device includes a main air circulation conduit in the interior of which is a pulser (18), an evaporator (20) and a radiator (22). The device includes e.g. a petrol-powered burner (24) mounted in a heat exchange circuit common with the radiator for supplementing the heat output if necessary. An electric pump (28) is connected in the heat exchange circuit via rapid connections disposed outside of the air circulation conduit.
