PURPOSE: A system and a method for operation a VR(Virtual Reality) game for treating psychosis are provided to make Obsessive-compulsive disorder environment as a program, and make the psychotic expose the environment repeatedly according to the symptoms. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a VR game producing device, a game input device, a VR game output device, and an electromyogram sensing device. The VR game producing device objectifies the VR environment, and controls the VR according to the external input signal. The VR game input device inputs signal to control the BR and inputs feeling signal of he user. The BR game output device provides matched VR according to the inputted signal. The electromyogram sensing device recognizes the electromyogram of the user, and diagnoses the level of symptoms.
