PURPOSE: A method for rejecting termination in a mobile communication system and an apparatus therefor are provided to selectively reject and terminate an origination number. CONSTITUTION: A termination terminal(30) judges whether a terminated origination number of an origination terminal(22) is a termination rejection number, and generates a termination rejection request signal. An MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(26) relays communication between the termination terminal(30) and the origination terminal(22), and transmits a termination rejection message to the origination terminal(22) according to the termination rejection request signal.
