PURPOSE: A seat assembly is provided to simplify the structure of the seat assembly to increase users' convenience, to improve the outward appearance, and to expand a design range of the seat assembly. CONSTITUTION: The seat assembly includes a cushion frame(10) with a mounting hole(11), forming a seat at one side; a backrest frame forming a backrest and having a connected hole(23) to the mounting hole(11); a hinge(30) for supporting the rotation of the cushion frame(10) with respect to the backrest frame; and a spring(40) being part of the hinge(30) and rotating the cushion frame(10) in one direction. A support pin(13) passes through the mounting hole(11) and is connected to the cushion frame(10). Also, a pair of push rings(15) are connected to both ends of the support pin(13) to ensure the support pin(13) not to separate from the cushion frame(10).
