The liquid disperser consists of a container (10) with an inner supple pouch (4) holding the liquid (2), and an end plate (110) with a pyrotechnic gas generator that actuates a piston (13) so that it pushed the pouch against a blunt-tipped perforator (105). The perforator pierces the pouch, so that the liquid is dispersed through slits (107) in the sides of the container to render useless any valuables in the vicinity.
