PURPOSE: A storage expanding service system for a mobile communication terminal and a method therefor are provided to expand an application storage of the mobile communication terminal by a storage of a server. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(10) stores a wireless Internet browser and a plurality of application programs. If a storing space of an application program requested by a user is insufficient, the mobile communication terminal(10) buys a storage through the Internet(20) and secures the storing space of the application program by the bought storage. The mobile communication terminal(10) requests the requested application program to an application program server(30) through the Internet(20), and receives the application program from the application program server(30). The application program server(30) provides the application program to the mobile communication terminal(10) through the Internet(20). A storage server(40) provides storages to be bought by the mobile communication terminal(10) through the Internet(20). |
