The hand held drinking fountain has a stopper forming a dispenser (A) with a controlled air inlet (2,4,6,7) with openings (2) around the periphery of the stop of the stopper. There is a valve (3) allowing controlled liquid drainage and a second valve (4) for air input. The stopper also has a sealing membrane (5) with air passages defined by lugs (7) on the lower part of the stopper.
