The device for the variable fastening of a motorcycle handlebar has an intermediate piece comprising a base (10) which fits on the handlebar seat and a mounting component (12) which can be variably fitted in different positions in relation to the base. The mounting component with the handlebar (14) is variable forwards and rearwards horizontally in the direction of travel in relation to the handlebar seat and base. The base has screw holes so that it can be fitted on the handlebar seat with the original screws.
