The meat leaves exclusively through the screw cylinder (2) of the pump conveying screw (4). A sealed screw (8) in the casing (3), is located in the screw cylinder (2). It is constructed such that its flights engage with and seal in the screw channel (10) of the conveying screw (4). The screws counter-rotate harmoniously. The conveying spaces (13) in the screw channel of the conveying screw are substantially sealed. The meat leaves exclusively through the screw cylinder (2) of the pump (1) conveying screw (4).
