The regulating unit for airflow regulating in a pneumatic feed system has a restrictor rotatably mounted in a base component (1) and which can be steplessly brought into an open and a closed position. The restrictor is formed as at least two and possibly three flat fingers (2,2'). Each finger has an actuating element (3) and a scale. The fingers may be constructed with different widths. An Independent claim is included for a cyclone to separate solids from an airflow and which includes the proposed air regulating unit.
