A stator (2) has teeth (3) and is provided with the windings (4). The number of pole pairs of the windings is represented by N. A rotor (1) has projected poles represented by M. The difference between the number of teeth of stator and the numbers of turns of the windings is represented by the sum or difference between sinusoidal waves of the (N+M)th order spatial harmonic and (N-M)th order spatial harmonic.
