The cover (5) is supported at a rotatable manner on a rotation pin (7b) set horizontally across the front wall of the main body casing (2). The cover rotates upward to open the front face of the main body casing when a front to back force acts on the cover protrusion. The cover rotates downward to close the front face of the main body casing when the same force ceases.
