A personal filter system which enables a smoker to smoke without causing secondary smoke inhalation for others has a container (2) with inlet filter panels on the sides and with a mouthpiece (5) for exhaling smoke. A holder (3) in the centre of the mouthpiece enables a lit cigarette or cigar to be held with the burning end inside the container. The bottom of the container is fitted with a removable ash tray and an activated charcoal filter cartridge. Additional filter cartridges can be positioned in the walls of the container. A specially shaped filter cover can be fitted over the bowls of pipes for a similar effect. |
