A provisioning request regarding removal of user from list of users having right to access ITV network and suspending the user from reactivating ITV network, is received at interactive television (ITV) network component. The information associated with provision request is transferred to other ITV network component that is different from the current ITV network component. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) client device provision managing system; and (2) provision message for ITV network.
