It comprises a box (1) having an opening (3) at the top for insertion of an umbrella (2) therein, a dehydration space (25) disposed in the upper region of the interior of the box (1) for receiving the folded umbrella (2) inserted through the opening (3) and dehydrating the same, a blower (7) installed in the box (1) for blowing the air introduced from the outside, and an air stream spouting means (23, 24) installed in he box (1) for spouting the air blown in from the blower (7), over the entire length of the umbrella (2) received in the dehydration space (25).
