The suspension bearing (8) has upper (12) and lower (13) rings enclosing ball bearings (14). A cover (16) is attached to the upper ring and a sealing ring (20) mounted in a groove (19) in the cover. This extends between the cover and the second ring, or a second cover attached to it and has a lip (22) which is in frictional contact with the ring or cover.
