Compounds represented by the general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof: (I) wherein R<1> is hydrogen, a hydroxyl-protecting group for synthesis of nucleic acids, or the like; R<2> is hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or an amino-protecting group for synthesis of nucleic acids; and B is optionally substituted purin-9-yl or 2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyrimidin-1-yl.
