The hinge includes a spring-loaded detent element (14) so that through a lifting swivel movement the support arm (8) between the pillar console joint (6) and the door console joint (7) can be locked in its maximum swivelled-out position. When the door is turned back under the maximum swivelled out position of the support arm the support arm becomes unlocked through relative movement between the moving hinge part and the detent element. The detent element is a double-sided detent lever mounted on the support arm to swivel about a detent arm swivel axis (15) which is axially parallel to the hinge axes.
