The invention concerns sealing conditions for a keyboard. The invention is particularly, but not exclusively, applicable to a keyboard fitted on an aircraft instrument panel. The keyboard comprises at least one switch (1), one rigid key (3) allowing an operator to control the switch (1), one front surface (4) including an opening (5) traversed by the rigid key (3), and sealing means preventing particles from infiltrating into the rigid key (3) and the opening (5). The invention is characterized in that the sealing means comprise a flexible membrane (6) traversed by the rigid key (3), attached to the key (3) and to the front surface (4).
