<p>An elevator device is provided in a lift/lower passage (15), and has a cage (3) that is lifted and lowered along a pair of cage guide rails (2a, 2b) and a balance weight (10) that is provided in the lift/lower passage (15) and lifted and lowered along a pair of balance weight guide rails (1a, 1b). The cage (3) and the balance weight (10) are connected by a rope (6a), and the rope (6a) is driven by a hoist (5). The hoist (5) is placed on a support base (9). The support base (9) is installed on the upper part of the pair of the balance weight guide rails (1a, 1b) and on the upper part of one (2a) of the cage guide rails.</p> |
