<p>A plurality of panels (2-10) are turnably connected by hinge mechanisms (21a). The panels are collapsible when mounted on a rocket to be launched. After launching, they are spreadable in space. Each of the panels (2-10) has at least functional elements, such as a solar cell panel, a battery, an attitude control device, and a communications device, mounted thereon dividedly or collectively.
