Lubricant (6) return mechanism for refrigerator (K) comprises container (2) with at least one separating partition (3), dividing container into first (4) and second part-section (5). In second part-section is fitted lubricant separating buffer (7).In second part-section is located a discharge device (8) so shaped w.r.t separating buffer that lubricant accumulated on it can be discharged. Preferably. the discharge device contains discharge pipe (9) receiving the lubricant. Independent claims are included for refrigerator with invented lubricant returning assembly.
