The internal combustion motor (1) has a crankshaft (5), which drives a motor output shaft (15) through a variable reduction gear (13). A second mechanical and variable reduction gear (32) drives the turbo blower (33), using a continuously variable transmission (CVT) belt from the crankshaft to a drive disk wheel (38), with a variable radius for the belt to pass around. The first reduction gear can also be a CVT belt system, with its drive disk wheel (16) of a variable radius on the same shaft as the drive disk wheel (34) for the second gear belt. The radii of the two drive disk wheels are altered against each other, in a synchronized action, through an actuator (28) as a centrifugal force regulator.
