An antenna device having a substantially conical conductive member erected in a substantially perpendicular direction and having upper and lower sides opened around a substantially circular micro strip patch added to an upper side of a substantially circular substrate. The lower opening of the conductive member is grounded to a grounding plate arranged at a lower side of the substrate, and the diameter of the upper opening of the conductive member is larger than the diameter of the lower opening of the conductive member.
