Content server synchronisation

The content stored at a plurality of content servers is synchronized with the content stored at a central location as a result of employment of a version control system. The content may be generated by developers and transmitted to the central location by the version control system. Updates to the content stored at the content servers may be achieved with or without requests from the content servers. Furthermore, updates may be achieved at predetermined intervals or when predetermined events occur.
