The transmission device comprises an activating lever (1) oscillating about an oscillation axis between a driving direction (3) and an opposite return direction. A wheel (4) has a rotational axis merging that of the activator oscillation axis. There is a wheel drive (6) pressing against the wheel fastened to the activating lever able to drive the wheel in a forward direction (7). There are wheel locking means (8) pressing against the wheel able to prevent the wheel rotating. |
