The duct comprises a number of parallel tubes (4, 5) which are joined together at each end by a coupling plate (1). The ends of the tube are located in the single-piece plate. An Independent claim is also included for a method for making the duct by bending tubes at a given temperature and pressure, sawing the tubes to the desired length, securing coupling plates to the ends of the tubes and securing a mounting part (9) to the coupling plate on the in side of the duct.
