PURPOSE: A health management service system and a method for the same are provided to prevent disease, and improve health by managing individual disease history, and offering the disease history. CONSTITUTION: The health management service system comprises an individual DB(110), a health index processor(120), a group DB(130), a detail medical examination part(140), and a result DB(150). The individual DB(110) stores individual health history transmitted related health institution or clinic. The health index processor(120) generates total health management index for evaluating level of the group according to age, work, sex, health level, and local. The group DB(130) stores the total health management index generated from the health index processor(120). The detail medical examination part(140)processes detail medical examination according to the index. The result DB(150) stores an individual health index.
