PURPOSE: A device for cutting vegetables and bar rice-cakes is provided to easily control the cutting thickness of the vegetables and bar rice-cakes, and offer convenience and good sanitation. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit(2) has a coupling unit(2b) and a case(2a) containing a motor and a speed reducer. An outer case(3) has an insertion tube(4), and a trumpet-shaped blade placing unit(5). A protrusion(4a) is formed at the rear of the insertion tube, and is coupled to the coupling unit. A discharge hole(5a) is formed at the lower part of the blade placing unit. A rotary body(6) includes a shaft(7) coupled to the driving unit, a support plate(8) having at least one discharge hole(8a), and a cutting blade(9) coupled to the front of the discharge hole. A cover(11) includes a bushing for supporting the shaft, and a fixing protrusion(11a) fixed to a fitting protrusion(5b) formed at the blade placing unit. An injection tube(11b) is formed at the cover. |
