<p>The pressure limiting valve includes a damping device for damping of the movement of a valve component and which has a damping piston (38) defining a damping chamber (42). The damping chamber is constructed on the return side and is connected to the pressure connection (P). The damping chamber is constructed co-axial to a spring chamber (50) accommodating a closing spring (12). The damping piston penetrates an axial bore (30) in the valve component which opens out into the damping chamber on one side and onto a pressure connection side end face (34) of the valve component on the other side.</p> |
